Wei Jingsheng Visits Southern German Cities and Meets with Friends and Supporters of Chinese Democracy and Human Rights

From Nov. 21 to Nov. 24, 2013, Wei Jingsheng and Huang Ciping, Chairman and Secretary-General of the Overseas Chinese Democracy Coalition, visited five cities in Southern Germany, which included Frankfurt, Stuttgart, and Munich. They met with friends and supporters of the Chinese democracy and human rights movement, include members of the Overseas Chinese Democracy Coalition.

Their last stop was in Munich, where they visited board member of the Wei Jingsheng Foundation Princess Felizitas von Schonborn, who organized a seminar about China with a reception and a dinner to greet the visitors. More than a dozen people including a film producer, lawyer, scholars, journalists, writers, painters and artists, as well freedom and democracy supporters came for the gathering.

During the seminar about China, Princess von Schonborn gave the guests a comprehensive introduction about Wei Jingsheng and his life. Wei Jingsheng gave a lecture about China, especially the current China with the upcoming explosion of change, the difference and similarity of current China to what was like of the former USSR before its collapse, and the cruelty of the "one-child" policy by the Communist regime in China.

During the question and answer session of the seminar, Wei Jingsheng drew a comparison of the forced abortion in China to what had happened in Nazi Germany during World War II. He asked, "If it should be praised by the United Nation for the "successful" population deduction through this forced abortion of even up to full term babies as it happens due to the Chinese Communist "one-child policy", should Adolf Hitler be praised for his population deduction of killing the Jewish people?"

魏京生访问德国南部城市并会见支持中国民主与人权的朋友

2013年11月21日至11月24日，中国民主运动海外民主运动主席和秘书长魏京生和黄慈萍，走访了包括法兰克福，斯图加特和慕尼黑的德国南半部五个城市。他们会见了支持中国民主和人权运动的朋友，及中国民主运动海外联席会议的成员。
