Ciping: Any official Within the Communist System Is Not Immune
WASHINGTON
December 6, 2014 (Epoch Times reporter Li Chen reporting from Washington DC)
The official news media of the Communist regime -- Xinhua News Agency, announced
that Zhou Yongkang, former Communist security czar and former secretary of
Politics and Law Committee, was arrested and expelled from the Communist Party
on December 5, 2014. Ms. HUANG
Ciping, human rights activist in the USA and the Executive Director of the Wei
Jingsheng Foundation, told during the Epoch Times interview on that day that it
shows the internal fight within the Communist Party has reached incandescence,
and it has become a life and death struggle between the Xi Jinping faction and
Jiang Zemin faction of the Communist Party. She said that what happened to Zhou Yongkang proves that any
level of Chinese Communist official cannot protect himself.
Huang
CiPing urged members of the Communist Party and related organizations within
the system to quit these organizations for personal safety, and do not do evil
following the communist regime.
She
also used her real name to state that she had quit the CCP Young Pioneers on
the "quit the CCP" website of "the Epoch Times."

Zhou Yongkang's case exposes the bitter infighting within the Communist Party
to be a life and death matter.
HUANG
CiPing said: "we have been waiting for a long time to confirm Zhou's
case". Today is a formal
message that proves some of information we learned in the past is correct,
while meanwhile also demonstrating the bitter infighting within the Communist
Party "to be life and death", that the "internal fight within
the CCP has been publicized."
She
thinks that while the Communist Party usually portrays some beautiful scheme to
the Chinese people, in reality this system is totally rotten from the inside
and inseparable from bartering between money and power. "This illustrates that the Chinese
Communist dictatorship has already rotten."
She
said that on the one hand many people could not even make a living in China,
while on the other hand high-ranking officials within the Communist system get
a lot of money for themselves through corruption.

Zhou Yongkang's hands are full of blood, and people working for him are not
safe either
HUANG
CiPing said, in fact, there is a lot of blood on the hands of Zhou Yongkang --
the Politics and Law Committee of the Communist Party under his control for
years has really been a thug for the Communist Party. She said the undisclosed crimes by Zhou Yongkang including
persecution of Falun Gong, persecution of dissidents, suppression of the
underground churches, etc.
She
said not only Zhou Yongkang's hands are full of blood, the people working for
him are not safe either because they also own other people's blood and
lives. "It is enough to get
them death sentences when their debt is exposed."

Any senior official within the Chinese Communist regime cannot protect himself.
Huang
CiPing said that Zhou Yongkang's case illustrates that, no matter how
high-level the Chinese officials are, they will not be able to protect
themselves eventually. "Look
at the fate of Bo Xilai, Zhou Yongkang, and Xu Caihou, the fate of the other Communist
officials could not be better than them."
She
called on the Chinese and the officials within the Chinese Communist Party to
realize this. "This time when
Zhou Yongkang has been sacked, it is also a time to call more Communist
officials and party members to quit the Communist Party -- they should not do
evil for the Communist regime by just looking at what may happen to these
examples."
HUANG
CiPing said: "we should work together for the disintegration of the
Communist regime." She said
that this evil Communist Party would be finished soon, "we must push
together to end the Communist regime."
"It's
very important. There is a saying
that goes: To quit the Communist Party for one's own protection. I think this is true."
HUANG
CiPing emphasize said that in her mind she was out of the CCP system long
ago. She specifically stated on
that day that she quit the Communist Young Pioneers long ago.

黄慈萍：中共体制内的任何官员都难自保
【大纪元2014年12月06日讯】（大纪元记者李辰美国华盛顿DC报导）中共官媒新华社宣布前中共安全沙皇、前政法委书 记周永康12月5日被公开逮捕和开除党籍。美国人权活动家、魏京生基金会执行主任黄慈萍女士当天在接受大纪元采访表示，这显示中共内部的矛盾白炽化，习派和江派的斗争已经你死我活。她表示，从周永康等人的下场来看，中共体制内任何级别的官员都不能自保。
黄慈萍呼吁，中共体制内的党员和相关组织成员应该退出中共党、团、队组织，以求个人平安，不要继续追随中共作恶。
她本人当天也以真实姓名声明在《大纪元》退党网站上退出中共少先队。
* 周永康案曝中共内斗你死我活
黄慈萍说，周永康的案子，大家已经等待很久了，今天是一个正式的消息，一方面证明了我们过去的一些消息是正确的，另外也证明了中共现在的内斗是"你死我活的"，"中共内斗已经公开化了。"
她认为，共产党通常向老百姓描述一些美好的骗局，但是实际上体制内部已经烂透，离不开权钱交易。"这说明中国共产党的专政制度已经烂透了。"
她说，一方面，（很多）老百姓生活不下去，另一方面，体制内高官，因贪腐获得了很多的钱。
* 周永康欠下血债
手下的人也都不安全
黄慈萍说，周永康的手上，其实是有很多血债的，其长期掌管的政法委机构是共产党的打手。她说，周永康案件未公开的罪行包括对法轮功的镇压，包括对异议人士、对地下教会的打压等。
她表示，周永康手下的人都不安全，"手下的人都是有血债的。把血债拿出来，已经足以置他们于死地"。
* 任何高官在中共体制内都无法自保
黄慈萍表示，从周永康案来看，无论多么高级别的中共官员在其体制内最终都不能自保。
"看看薄熙来、周永康、徐才厚的下场，中共其它官员的下场也不会比他们更好。"
她呼吁，中国人和中共体制内的官员能觉悟到这一点。"周永康落马之时也正好是呼吁更多的中共官员、党员退出中共之时，不要帮着它（中共）去作恶，你看看他们（这些高官）今天的下场"。
黄慈萍表示，大家要共同努力解体中共。她说，中共这个邪恶的政党应该快完蛋了，"我们大家一定要一块推动，把它（指：中共政权）结束掉。""这很重要。有一句话叫：退党保平安。我觉得确实是这样。"
黄慈萍表示，自己心中早已退出中共体制。她当天特别声明，退出早年加入的中共少先队。
