Huang Coping’s Speech at the Symposium of "[Nine Commentaries on the Ultimate Purposes of Communism] and the Impact on China and the World When Three Hundred Million People Quit the CCP and Its Affiliates"

On February 3, 2018, the Global Center for Quitting the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), the Epoch Times in Washington DC, and Broad Press jointly organized a symposium in the city council of Rockville, Maryland, which is entitled "[Nine Commentaries on the Ultimate Purposes of Communism] and The Impact on China and the World When Three Hundred Million People Quit the CCP and Its Affiliates".

Many scholars, experts and human rights leaders attended and gave lectures. Special guest speakers included Professor NIEH Sen, Dr. HUANG Tsuwei, Mr. WEI Jingsheng, Dr. LI Xiangchun, lawyer ZHU Wanqi, Mr. HE Bin, Mr. LI Hongkuan, Mr. LI Dejun and Ms. HUANG Ciping.

The following is a summary of Huang Ciping's speech.

Thank you Professor Nieh, for your introduction. Sorry I did not arrive until midnight after more than 800 kilometers drive yesterday. I just had a chance to scan through this book "The Ultimate Purposes of Communism", and think it came out very timely. I also have thoughts related to it. However because I did not have time to prepare this speech, I have to improvise.

Three months ago, it was the 100th anniversary of the October Revolution. Last year, I took some big tours in Europe, including Eastern Europe, which has changed a lot from what I saw 10 years ago. Over the past 100 years Communism has been so evil that even the former communist countries in Europe, not just Eastern Europe countries but also Russia, have been publicly denying communism. Under the Communist regimes there were 60 million people persecuted to death there. However, China is even worse, with more than 80 million people persecuted to death. Combined together that has been more than one hundred millions of lives!

In Frankfurt, Germany, there is a very famous church, St. Paul's. It is famous not because it is a church, but because in 1848, it housed the Frankfurt Parliament, the first publicly and freely-elected German legislative body -- the beginning of democracy in Germany. While I was there to visit, I heard some wonderful music and saw a lot of banners. It turned out to be a center for people to "Quit the CCP". I was very touched, because that is to take the real action to break off with the CCP.

Now about this book, "The Ultimate Purpose of Communism." I think this is your best book since the publication of "The Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party". The "Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party" was well written and especially exposed in depth the CCP's crimes in the past more than 60 years. Now we have this book that could be summed up in this introduction: "Communism is not a doctrine, nor a social system; it is an evil spirit with a purpose to destroy humanity by destroying culture and corrupting morality. From a special angle, this book gives an in-depth analysis of the communist destruction of human culture and morality, as well as the evil intention of the Communist Party to destroy Chinese society and the world. This book enables people to have a clearer understanding of the dangers of communism and truly benefits the world."

When Communism came to China, it become even more evil. In fact, it is not the communism they claimed. Otherwise, how could they have kicked out these so-called "low-end populations" onto the streets to suffer from hunger and cold in this winter, while the rich and powerful enjoy their luxury? The evil of the Communist Party is that it not only persecutes ordinary people but also its own officials, such as Bo Xilai and Zhou Yongkang. They cannot even protect themselves. Therefore, the slogan of "quitting the CCP for your own safety" makes sense. We should also make a phone call to Xi Jinping, and tell him "to quit the CCP for his own safety."

From all the social, economic and cultural aspects, the repression of the Chinese Communist regime is even more intense than that of Eastern Europe and the Soviet Union. Its persecution against religion is even more cruel, not only against Falun Gong, but also Christianity and Tibetan Buddhism. The Dalai Lama cannot return to his homeland. The recent changes in Catholic hierarchy have clearly demonstrated that the CCP is intervening. The organs of Falun Gong practitioners were harvested. This kind of atrocity was not even heard of in the former communist countries of Eastern Europe. In fact, we know that not only Falun Gong practitioners, but political prisoners and some others just because they were young and healthy were also "relieved of" their organs to be used for Communist leaders and their relatives. Even the officials of the Communist regime have indirectly admitted these facts.

The Communist regime's destruction of the Chinese culture is also obvious. Isn't it ridiculous that they are building Confucius Institutes everywhere? While they are criticizing Confucius and Mencius, the CCP is really selling its Nazi culture and evil spirit in the name of the Confucius Institute. We must tell the world that Chinese culture is not the CCP's culture.

Another characteristic of the Communist culture is the lack of humanity. For example, the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners is a crime of genocide. And how many infants died under "the family planning" policy and forced abortion by the Communist regime? It should be in hundreds of millions. (Professor Nieh Sen added: there were 330 million babies killed by this policy. Plus the previous 80 million, a total of more than 400 million Chinese have been killed by the CCP.)

I am looking forward to reading this book in more detail.

2018年2月3日，全球退党中心、华府《大纪元时报》、及博大出版社在马州洛克维尔市蒙郡议会联合举办题为“【共产主义终极目的】与三亿【退党大潮】对中国及世界的影响”大型研讨会。

多名学者、专家、人权领袖出席并演讲座谈。特约演讲嘉宾包括：聂森教授，黄祖威博士，魏京生先生，李祥春博士，朱婉琪律师，贺宾先生，李洪宽先生，李德君先生，及黄慈萍女士。

以下为黄慈萍有关的发言内容。

谢谢聂教授的介绍。抱歉昨天开了800多公里，半夜才到。刚刚有机会看了一下这本【共产主义终极目的】的书，觉得很及时，也颇有感想。很抱歉，没时间准备讲稿，只好即兴发言。

三个月前，正好是十月革命100周年。去年，我在欧洲转了一大圈，包括东欧，与10年前比变化很大。我的感慨就是这100年来，共产主义罪恶深重，欧洲的前共产国家，不仅仅东欧，乃至俄国都公开否定共产主义。在共产制度下，他们被迫害致死60，000，000人。而中国更甚，迫害死了80，000，000人。这一共是上亿条人命啊！

在德国的法兰克福，有个很著名的圣保罗教堂。著名的原因不是因为那是个教堂，而是因为它是德国民主之初的1848年国民议会所在地。我在那里游览，听到美妙的音乐，看到许多讲真相的条幅，原来是个三退中心，我很感动。因为他们是以实际行动与中共决裂。

现在谈这本【共产主义终极目的】的书，我感到这是【九评共产党】发表以来你们出的最好的书。【九评共产党】本身就写得很好，深刻揭露了中共60多年来倒行逆施的罪行。而现在的这本书可以以这介绍来总结：“共产主义不是一种学说，一种社会制度，它是一个邪灵，其目的是通过毁灭文化、败坏道德来毁灭全人类。本书以独特的视角深入剖析共产主义对人类文化与道德的破坏，以及共产党意欲摧毁中国社会与全世界的邪恶图谋。这本书让人更清醒地认识共产主义的危害，使世人真正受益。”

共产主义到了中国更加邪恶。它其实也并不是他们说的共产主义，否则怎么能在寒冬腊月把所谓“低端人口”赶到大街上挨冻受饿，而同时那些权贵却又在花天酒地？共产党的邪恶还在于它不仅仅迫害老百姓，它自己的官员如薄熙来、周永康等都不能自保。所以三退中心的“退党保平安”说得很有道理。以后该给习近平也打个电话，让他“退党保平安。”

中共的镇压比东欧和苏联还要变本加厉，从社会、经济、文化等方面都是如此。在宗教上的迫害更加残酷，不仅仅是对法轮功，也包括基督教和藏传佛教。达赖喇嘛至今无法回到他的家园。最近有关天主教的变化明显说明中共在插手。法轮功学员被活摘器官，是即使在东欧的共产国家也闻所未闻的。其实不光是法轮功学员，我们知道政治犯以及一些刚好年轻力壮的健康人，仅仅因为生理指标和什么中央首长或者是他们的亲属所需要的移植器官相配，就会被下毒手。这是中共自己的官员都变相承认的事实。

中共在文化上的毁坏也是有目共睹的。现在他们到处在建孔子学院，这不是很可笑吗？他们一边在批孔孟之道，一边又借孔子学院之名出售纳粹式党文化，邪灵的文化。我们要告诉世人，中国的文化不是中共的文化。

共产党的文化还有一个特点，就是没有人性。比方说对法轮功学员的迫害，和种族灭绝罪是一样的。中国的“计划生育”政策与强迫堕胎又杀害了多少婴儿？应该是上亿了。（聂森教授补充，是3.3亿个婴儿，加上8千万，中共一共杀害了四亿多的人。）

所以我很期待更详细地读一读这本书。
