Speech at the China Symposium Observing the 20th Anniversary of the Suppression of Falun Gong by the Chinese Communist Regime

Dear friends and the audience,

In commemorating the 20 years of suppression of the Falun Gong by the Chinese Communist regime, I want to talk to you about the current situation in China and how we all should work hard to promote the situation toward a more favorable direction.

The Sino-US trade war is developing in a direction that is not conducive to the Chinese Communist regime. Although Xi Jinping succeeded in fooling the United States again at the G20 Osaka Summit in Japan, he continued to delay for time. But the US President Trump and his team soon discovered that the Communist regime did not intend to comply with the promise. The possibility of continuing to impose tariffs has increased significantly.

The conditions needed for the economic collapse in China have accumulated for a long time, and are only waiting for a lit fuse now. Therefore, the US tariffs have brought a significant decline to the Chinese economy. Continued tariffs would be catastrophic for the Chinese economy. But to implement the "structural reforms" requested by the USA, it would be necessary to reform the legal system in China. The one-party dictatorship of the Communist regime will not be able to survive.

Under this dilemma, the Communist regime has fallen into chaos. The strength commanding compromises and reforms is increasing; while the forces that insist maintaining the interest of the Communist Party and the bureaucratic capitalists are also recalcitrant and their strength is not small. This conflict creates conditions for the collapse of the Communist regime in China.

All of us in the opposition movement should be prepared and advance the condition for the disintegration of the Communist regime in China. First we must tighten our fences, to prevent the madness of the Communist regime when it comes to an end from subverting the opposition movement. Second we must mobilize all kinds of forces within China to increase the pressure to resist the Communist regime. For our friends abroad, it is very important to cooperate and to promote the attack from the USA on the Communist regime and accelerate the process of its disintegration.

在座的朋友们以及听众们大家好！

值此纪念法轮功被迫害二十周年的机会，和大家聊聊中国现在的形势，以及我们大家应该怎么努力，来促进形势向更有利的方向发展。

中美贸易战正在向不利于中共政权的方向发展。虽然习近平在日本峰会上成功地又一次忽悠了美国，继续拖延时间，但川普总统和他的班子很快就发现了中共并不打算遵守承诺，继续加征关税的可能性大大增加。

中国的经济崩溃所需要的条件已经积累了很长时间，就差一个导火索。所以美国的关税已经给中国经济带来大幅度下滑。继续征税对中国经济就是灾难性的。但是执行美国结构性改革的要求，就必须改革法律体系。中共的一党专政就维持不下去了。

在这种进退两难的形势下，中共已经陷入了混乱。要求妥协和改革的实力在增强；要求保党、保官僚资产阶级利益的实力也在负隅顽抗，而且力量并不小。这就是在为中共政权走向崩溃制造条件。

我们所有反对运动的朋友们，应该为解体中共做好准备并且还要创造条件。首先是要扎紧篱笆，防止中共末日疯狂，加大破坏颠覆反对运动。其次是动员国内的各种力量，增强对中共抵抗的压力。对我们身在国外的朋友们，很重要的工作就是配合并且促进美国对中共的打击，加快中共解体的过程。
