Is the Killing Due to the Virus or Due to Dictatorship?

The news of the Wuhan virus is overwhelming, and most of our friends have learned from their own information channels. But there are too many misleading news items, so it is necessary to share my observations with you. The infectivity of the Wuhan virus has been confirmed since early December, but the Chinese officials have propagated "there was no evidence of human-to-human transmission". They used clever tactics that were often used by scholars to avoid facts while misleading the public. As a result, the epidemic was concealed for more than a month, causing tens thousands of innocent people to be infected and even killed.

Why do these officials hide it? Is it not stupid? When we say that they are stupid that is because people have normal thinking: the illness should be treated early and prevented early. But are authoritarian dictators normal? No. The premise of their thinking is to maintain stability, and not to see instability among the people due to disturbances which may affect their rule and interests. During the Cultural Revolution, the prediction of the Tangshan earthquake was concealed. Now what does it matter for some people to die due to a small illness? This is the normal thinking of the dictators.

Experts and scholars have now stated that they confirmed the virus and reported it to the government late last year. The mayor of Wuhan also admitted the early reporting, but without the authority of his superiors, he could not publicly report the epidemic. While the epidemic was not made public, they spread a lot of faulty information such as: the illness would not be passed from person to person, the epidemic can be controlled, and so on. All of these are deceiving the people. Aren't they intentional?

Many foreign experts have analyzed and considered that the genome of this new virus is not naturally formed, but was artificial edited. The implanted new content makes the virus easier to pass from person to person and is contagious even during the incubation period before the carrier person becomes ill. These characteristics make this virus even easier to spread on a large scale, more difficult to control, and obviously have the characteristics of biological weapons.

Interestingly, the Communist regime has not only spread false information, but is also suspected of covering up the truth. From the very beginning, their fifty cents army on the Internet claimed that the United States launched a biological war against China. Who believes that a country like the United States with a strict legal system will do things that lack virtue? Instead, the behavior of their 50 cents army acted as the thieves calling to catch the thieves, and the wicked to make the first complaint exposed their sinister intention to cover up the facts.

More interestingly, some experts in the United States have come forward to explain that studying biological warfare has no military significance, because disease transmission has no national borders, with the only useful purpose of terrorist activities against individuals. This principle is valid for democratic countries but has basically no binding for autocratic countries. If the Communist regime doesn't even care if most of China is destroyed by nuclear weapons, will it care about "injuring one thousand enemies while hurting eight hundred of its own"? Autocracy has an autocratic reasoning, which is different from normal thinking.

And they like most "experts" who do not read books or newspapers to know more. As a matter of fact, China has long been studying ways to detoxify the virus, and even made publications in scientific journals. In case the poison for the enemy has poisoned themselves, there is an antidote that can save their bosses. This way of thinking is like what is in the martial arts novels published in Hong Kong, but has been applied in reality. This weird way of thinking is really not the way normal people would think.

Regrettably, the Communist regime's consistent exaggeration and corrupt politics has led to both the leakage of the virus and fake scientific reports. At least until now, there are no effective drugs that can control large-scale outbreaks, and not even for small-scale ones, so many senior Communist officials and experts have died. The common Chinese said it was called: "a devil's strike to respond to devils."

Viruses objectively exist and can kill people. But people are alive, and there are ways to deal with the harm of viruses. The issue is that methods work within a certain social system. The outbreak of this Wuhan virus just proved that under different systems, the results are quite different.

From the use of the laboratory for illegal purposes, to the leakage of viruses, to the false antidote, to the concealment of the epidemic, until the large-scale outbreak of the virus, the dictator's way of thinking has been shown to be different than the normal people, and has shown the dictator's view that people's lives are worthless, without considering the safety and interests of the people. They use the strange way of thinking to help the virus to take people's lives.

Many scholars who were bought out by the Communist regime have also tried to prove that an autocratic dictatorship is superior to a democratic and free system. These unscrupulous scholars can be forgiven if they were suppressed in China; but in the West without suppression? Regardless whatever explanations they give, it would not be able to wash away the suspicions that they were bought out by the Communist regime.

武汉病毒的消息铺天盖地，多数朋友都从自己的信息渠道了解了。但是误导的消息太多，有必要和大家分享一下我的观察。从十二月初就已经确认了病毒的传染性，官方却宣传说没有证据说明人传人。这是在用学者们惯用的，回避事实的巧妙手法来误导大众。结果这一个多月隐瞒疫情，造成了成千上万无辜的百姓被传染，以至于死亡。

为什么要隐瞒呢？傻不傻呀。说他们傻是因为人们有正常思维：有病应该早治疗，早预防。但是专制独裁者们是正常思维吗？不是。他们思维的前提是要维稳，不要因为风吹草动就影响人心不稳，进而影响他们的统治和利益。文革时期可以隐瞒唐山大地震的预报，现在一个小小的疾病，死几个老百姓有什么要紧的呢？这是独裁者们的正常思维。

现在专家学者们已经说明了，他们去年底就确认了病毒而且上报了政府。武汉的市长也承认了很早就上报，但没有上级的授权，他不能公开疫情。不能公开疫情，但却散布了很多假消息：什么不会人传人啦，疫情可以控制啦，等等。都是欺骗人民的维稳的思路，难道不是故意吗？

很多国外的专家分析研究后都认为，这种新型病毒的基因组不是自然形成的，而是被编辑过的人造病毒。被植入的新内容使得这种病毒更容易人传人，而且在没发病之前的潜伏期就具有传染性。这些特性造成这种病毒更容易大规模散播，更难以控制，明显具有生物武器的特征。

有趣的是，中共不但东拉西扯散布假消息，有掩盖真相的嫌疑。他们的五毛在第一时间就四处散布，说美国向中国开展了生物战。美国这种严格法制的国家，有谁相信会干这种缺德事呢？倒是五毛的这种贼喊捉贼，恶人先告状的行为，暴露了掩盖事实的险恶用心。

更有趣的是，有在美国的专家出面解释，说研究生物战没有军事意义，因为疾病传染没有国界，只有恐怖活动针对个人的意义。这个道理对民主国家有效，对专制国家基本上没有约束力。中共连核武器消灭大半个中国都不在乎，还会在乎“伤敌一千，自损八百”吗？专制有专制的道理，和正常思维不一样。

而且他们和大多数专家一样不读书不看报。中国早就在研究解毒的方法了，而且还发表在科学刊物上。万一给敌方下毒殃及了自己，有解药可以救自己的首长们。这种香港武打小说的思路，也会在现实中被应用。这种奇葩的思维套路，真不是正常人的思维方式。

遗憾的是，共产党一贯的虚夸风和腐败政治，既导致了病毒的泄露，又导致了假的科学报告。至少现在还没有能控制大规模爆发的特效药，小规模的也没有，所以死掉了不少高官和专家。老百姓说这叫作：恶有恶报。

病毒是客观存在，会毒死人。可人是活的，有办法对付病毒的危害。问题是办法都要在一定的社会体制内发挥作用。这次病毒的大爆发，恰恰证明了不同的体制下，结果大相径庭。

从实验室用作非法用途，到病毒泄露，再到虚假的解毒药，再到隐瞒疫情，直到病毒大规模爆发，处处都显示了独裁者思维方式的与众不同，处处都证明着独裁者视人民如草芥，从来都不把人民的安危和利益考虑在内。他们用奇葩思维方式助长了病毒夺取人民的生命。

还有许多被收买的学者企图证明，专制独裁体制比民主自由体制更优越。这些没良心的学者，在中国还可以说受到压迫没办法；但在不受压迫的西方呢？怎么解释也洗不掉被收买的嫌疑。
