The League of Democracies Is Forming

Under the joint initiative of dozens of parliamentarians from Europe, America and Japan, the Inter-Parliamentary Alliance on China from the democratic countries has been established. It will soon expand and have a major impact on the common policies related to China in democratic countries. The purpose of the establishment of this alliance is very clear, that is to contain and confront the harm of Chinese Communist regime to all mankind.

For many years, under the guidance of Deng Xiaoping and some conspirators, the Chinese Communist regime has successfully organized a coalition of capitalists all over the world. Using the cheap labor from Chinese workers as a bait, they attracted large enterprises in democratic countries, bought politicians and scholars from almost the whole world, and prompted the policies of democratic countries and various world organizations to favor the Chinese Communist regime but embezzle the economic interests of various countries and their democratic rights.

It is further developed during the Xi Jinping era, when acts of stealing and infiltration alone could no longer satisfy the Communist regime's ambition to rule the world. The wealth gathered by exploiting the working classes of China and the West has expanded the ambition and confidence of the Communist regime to conquer the world. In particular, the success of using money for bribery makes the Communist regime believe that the tactics of exporting its corruption secretly and publicly is a new invincible magic weapon to success. In their own popular words: things that can be solved with money are not countered as trouble.

This approach has developed from threatened and bought up weak and small countries, to threatened and bought up medium-sized countries, and now has developed into threatening and buying up big country politics. It has also developed from threatened and bought up individual scholars and journalists, to now threatening and buying up world-class large media and large academic institutions; from the expulsion of individual journalists and scholars to the expulsion of entire news organizations. The communist regime blatantly seized hostages to threaten the government of a developed country, tried to modify its legal system, and threatened to modify the world order.

From penetrating tactics to offensive tactics, the Communist regime has accumulated its many years' successful experience and thus has begun a new wave of its action plans. The outside world's criticism of Xi Jinping's modification of Deng Xiaoping's policy of "hide one's ability and pretend to be weak", was a misunderstanding of this policy. "Taking the initiative to conquer opponents" is the second phase of this policy. When Western politicians and scholars talked about the so-called dialogue and peaceful evolution policy toward China, they forgot the history of democracy in their own country, which was also achieved due the money influence of alliances of the capitalists in the world. Of course, we cannot rule out some scholars who simply copy what the others say, without their own independent thinking.

Under this comprehensive offensive wave of evil and illegal policies from the Communist regime, not only do individual capitalists, politicians, and scholars and journalists find it difficult to resist, even for individual democratic countries resistance is often beyond their power. Individual democratic governments in various countries have felt that it is increasingly difficult to protect their own interests and civil rights. Not only do Chinese people laugh at the weakness of democratic countries, but Western scholars also generally believe that autocracy is more effective than democracy.

An important tactic for the success of the evil means of the Chinese Communist regime is that each time it targets a single country. By breaking down each of them and disintegrating them, the Communist regime accumulates small wins into big wins, gradually eroding the whole world like what happens when playing the Go game of China. The way for the individual countries to solve this situation is to unite, implement common policies, and take advantage of democracy, freedom, and the rule of law. We must not follow the direction of the Chinese Communist regime; the protection of human rights and the legal system is a way to resist the money offence launched by the Chinese Communist regime.

The Communist regime's buyout policy is aimed at the elite class while harming the low and middle class. The advantage of democratic politics lies in the perception of all people and the votes of all people. Transparency is one of the necessary means to use democratic politics to fight against the betrayal of their elites, as the politics of black box operation is a necessary condition for the penetration of the Communist regime. Concealed transmission of interests is the channel for the success of the Communist regime.

The sharp contradiction between the upper elites class of the combination of officials & business and the lower & middle level Chinese is the biggest weakness of the Communist dictatorship in China. Moreover, the common policy of the league of democratic countries will inevitably include the democratic rights and legal guarantees of the Chinese people, thereby winning wide support from Chinese society. Especially in terms of legal protection and human rights, it can even be recognized within the ruling elite of the Communist regime.

A united policy and the use of transparency in supervision are the correct tactics for votes to defeat money. Supporting the rights of the Chinese people is to attack the weakness of the Communist autocracy in China. The success of the Inter-Parliamentary Alliance on China is just around the corner.

民主国家联盟在形成

在欧、美、日几十位议员联合发起下，民主国家议会联盟成立了。不久将会扩大，并对民主国家的共同政策产生重大影响。这个联盟成立的宗旨很明确，就是要遏制和对抗中共对全人类的危害。

多年以来，在邓小平和一些阴谋家的指导下，共产党成功地组织起了全世界资产阶级联合起来的联盟。以出卖中国工人廉价劳动力为诱饵，他们吸引了民主国家的大企业，并收买了几乎全球的政客学者，促使民主国家和各个世界性组织的政策，偏向于对共产党有利，却侵吞各国的经济利益和民主权利。

发展到习近平时代，这种仅仅靠偷窃和渗透的行为，已经不能满足共产党统治世界的野心了。依靠剥削中国和西方工人阶级而聚集的财富，扩大了共产党征服世界的野心和信心。特别是对金钱收买的成功，使得共产党认为暗中和公开收买的输出腐败的战术，是新的战无不胜的法宝。用他们流行的话说就是：用钱可以解决的事情，不算麻烦。

这从威胁和收买弱小国家，到威胁和收买中等国家，现在发展到威胁和收买大国政治。还从威胁和收买个别学者和记者，到现在威胁和收买世界级的大媒体及大学术机构。从驱逐个别记者、学者，发展到驱逐整个新闻机构。直到公然扣押人质威胁发达国家政府，试图修改该国的法律体系，并扬言要修改世界秩序。

从渗透性的战术，发展到进攻性的战术，是共产党积累多年成功的经验，及其开始的新一波行动计划。外界批评的修改了邓小平的韬光养晦政策，是对这一政策的误解。主动出击征服对手，是韬光养晦政策的第二阶段。西方政治家和学者所谓的对话和平演变政策，是忘记了自己国家民主的历史，也是全世界资产阶级联盟金钱收买的成就。当然不能排除人云亦云不动脑筋的学者。

在这一波邪恶的和非法的政策全面攻势下，不但个别的资本家、政治家和学者记者们难以抵抗，即使民主国家单独的抵抗能力，也经常力不从心。各国民主政府已经感到，越来越难以保护自己的利益和公民权利。不但中国人讥笑民主国家的软弱，西方的学者们也普遍认为专制比民主更有效。

共产党的邪恶手段之所以成功，一个重要的战术就是每次针对单独的国家，各个击破，分化瓦解，积小胜为大胜，像下围棋一样逐渐蚕食。破解这个局面的方法，就是团结起来，实行共同的政策，发挥民主自由法治的优势。必须不按照共产党的思路走，以人权自由法制保障，来对抗共产党的金钱攻势。

共产党的收买政策针对的是精英阶层，伤害的是中下层民众。而民主政治的优势正在于全民的认知，全民的选票。运用民主政治对抗精英的出卖，透明度是必要的手段之一。暗箱操作的政治是共产党渗透的必要条件。隐蔽输送利益是共产党成功的渠道。

而中国中下层民众与官商结合的精英上层的尖锐矛盾，是共产党独裁专制的最大软肋。而且，民主国家联盟的共同政策，必然会包括中国人民的民主权利和法律保障，从而赢得中国社会的广泛支持。特别是在法律保障和人权方面，甚至能得到统治精英内部的认同。

团结一致的政策和利用透明度的监督，是选票战胜金钱的正确战术。支持中国人民的权利，是打击共产党专制的软肋。民主国家议会联盟的成功，指日可待。
