Warnings to Those Who Push Stones Down on the People Who Fell Into the Well

The elections in the United States are over, and the new government has come to power. Now everyone is focusing on the issue of how to go on in the future. But I noticed a strange thing. There is a small group of people that reminded us of the tattletales during the Cultural Revolution era in China. Some Chinese without clear identities take this time of President Trump stepping down and, as the Democratic Party came to power, they reported to the U.S. government pro-democracy activists who supported Trump. Moreover, their report was revealed on the Internet, and their words were extremely vicious.

Most of the pro-democracy friends I know, regardless whether they support Trump or Biden, will not regard the people of the other party as an enemy, nor will they engage in such mischievous acts. With a lot of hatred, this small group of people reported to the FBI and the U.S. Congress about the democracy activists with different views. What is their purpose? It makes people suspicious.

Will these tattletales succeed? Obviously it is impossible. The United States will not put people in jail because of different opinions. Even hardcore Democratic Americans said that this is the thinking of the Chinese Communists. So what is the purpose of these tattletales? In fact, the alcohol is not the intention for a person who pretends to be drunk, but to instigate the democracy activists with different views to continue fighting internally in order to split the pro-democracy movement and help to reduce the pressure for the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).

People could recall these people whose identities are not so clear. Some of them never participated in anti-communist activities, and some publicly stated that they withdrew from the democracy movement -- although they did not participate in many democratic movement activities, yet they quit the democracy movement with high profile. The purpose is the same as this time; it is to discredit the pro-democracy movement, provoke infighting, and help the Chinese Communist regime. I am not saying who they are, but their actions are indeed suspicious.

This reminds me of the experience I had in Chinese prison. Before I was put on trial for the first time, the prison arranged several prisoners to stay in the same jail cell with me. One of the prisoners was very bullied, and seemed ashamed of himself as well. I did not feel it was right and reprimanded the other prisoners not to bully. The prisoner I scolded smiled and said to me: He is just a needle; he would be killed if not because you are here.

I didn't understand what the needle means. Everyone looked at me contemptuously and said: How could you not know this, this is an informer. Then they educated me: This kind of person is the most hated, and his status in prison is worse than that of sex offenders. If it weren't for the watchful jail guards, basically they wouldn't survive. Then the person gritted his teeth and said: If that guy dares to inform again, he wouldn't be so good. I looked at this tattletale who was sleeping on the side of the urine bucket, and lost my sympathy.

Although these modern tattletales can hide in their own dark corners and they are protected by American law, what image will they project into the eyes of a righteous person? Maybe they don't care, and will pester on. However, their high-profile conspiracy will still scare some people. Although many Chinese are free from the CCP’s oppression and hate the CCP, after years of brainwashing by the CCP they unconsciously think that the United States is just like the CCP: having a different view means either you live or die, or at least send the other person to prison. This reminds people of the Cultural Revolution era in China.

The reason why the two factions of intellectuals fought so fiercely during the Cultural Revolution was concluded by some people as a fight for leadership. It is the refined egoist in modern terms. In fact, this attribute can be said to be passed down in the same vein as the ugly state of Chinese intellectuals since the Ming and Qing Dynasties. Although everyone fights against the others, they still all hate this tattletale culture unanimously. Regardless their own political positions, they hated tattletales and wanted to eliminate them.

So these tattletales are cautiously engaging in their ulterior business. I noticed an interesting phenomenon: Falun Gong practitioners also clearly and intensely supported Trump. There were dozens of Falun Gong buses parked next to the Congress on January 6. But why don't these tattletales dare to report the Falun Gong? Thinking about it carefully one would realize, these tattletales are afraid of that many Falun Gong practitioners and their media, and could not afford to offend them.

Like to pick up the soft persimmons to squeeze, they bully the soft ones and are afraid of hardliners. It turns out that these tattletales who jump high are shameless villains of the same grade as that informer who slept next to the urine bucket in my jail cell. Without the protection of the police, it is difficult for them to pester on, and they can only linger in the contempt and curse of the crowd.

美国的选举结束了，新政府上台了。现在大家都把目光和心思放在今后如何走下去的问题上了。但我注意到一件怪事，有那么一小批人，让人想起了文革时代的告密风。一些身份不明的人，借着川普下台，民主党上台之际，向美国政府举报支持川普的民运人士。而且在网上亮出了他们的举报，言辞极其恶毒。

我认识的大多数民运的朋友，不管是支持川普还是支持拜登，都不会把对方看作仇人，也不会干出这种落井下石的下三滥勾当。这一小撮人怀着满腔的仇恨，把观点不同的民运同道告到FBI、美国国会，是什么目的呢？不得不让人怀疑。

这些告密者会成功吗？显然没有可能。美国不会因为观点不同就把人关进监狱，连铁杆民主党的美国人都说，这是共产党的思维。那这些告密者是什么目的呢？其实就是醉翁之意不在酒，而在于挑拨观点不同的民运人士继续内斗，达到分裂民运，帮助共产党减轻压力的作用。

说他们身份不明，大家可以回想一下。这些人有的从不参加反共活动，有的公开声明退出民运，虽然他们也没参加多少民运活动，可是却高调退出民运。目的和这次一样，就是抹黑民运，挑拨内斗，起到帮助共产党的作用。我不说他们是什么，但是确实非常可疑。

这让我想起在监狱中的故事。在第一次被审判之前，监狱安排了几个犯人和我同一个监号。其中有一个犯人很受欺负，他自己也低眉顺眼自惭形秽。我就有些看不惯了，斥责其他犯人不应该欺负人。那个犯人笑着和我说：丫就是个针儿爷，也就是您在这儿，要不然整死他。

我不明白什么是针儿爷。大家蔑视地看着我说：这都不知道，就是告密者。接着教育我说：这种人最招人恨，在监狱中的地位，比性犯罪的杆儿犯还不如。如果不是警察看得紧，基本上都活不下去。接着咬牙切齿地说：这家伙要是还敢扎针儿，就不是这么好的待遇了。我看着睡在尿桶边上的针儿爷，已经没有了同情。

这些现代针儿爷虽然可以躲在自己的阴暗角落里，受到美国法律的保护，但是在正经人眼里会是什么形象呢？可能他们也不在乎，就是滚刀肉而已。不过他们的高调阴谋，还是会吓到一些人。很多中国人虽然脱离了共产党的压迫，也痛恨共产党，可是多年受共产党洗脑，不自觉的以为美国也和共产党一样：观点不同就是你死我活，非把对方送进监狱不可。这不能不让人想到文革。

文革中两派知识分子之所以斗得那么惨烈，有人总结说是拉大旗作虎皮，为了争夺领导权。也就是现代名词说的精致的利己主义者。其实这种属性，和明清以来知识分子的丑态，可以说是一脉相传。虽然大家斗得你死我活，但是对于告密者文化，还是一致地痛恨。无论左右派都是必欲灭之而后快。

所以告密者们还是谨小慎微地从事他们不可告人的事业。我注意到一个有趣的现象：法轮功支持川普非常明确也非常激烈。一月六号那天国会旁边停着几十辆法轮功的大巴车。可是告密者为什么不敢举报法轮功呢？仔细一想才明白，他们害怕法轮功人多势众，又有媒体，得罪不起。

欺软怕硬，柿子捡软的捏。原来这些蹦得很高的告密者，和那位睡在尿桶边上的老兄，是同一个档次的无耻小人。没有警察的保护，他们很难成为滚刀肉，只能在在众人的蔑视和咒骂中苟延残喘。
