Can the secret of the virus remain secret forever? Impossible. A few days ago, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) removed one more vice minister of the Ministry of Public Security for investigation and prosecution, and sent him to justice. Immediately afterwards, former executive vice minister of the Ministry of Public Security, who is also a member of the Standing Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) and had already retreated to the second line was also arrested, saying that it started an investigation. In fact, this kind of investigation is a prelude to be sent to Qincheng Prison, with almost no exceptions.

Vice Minister Sun Lijun was arrested last year, in a very strange way. He was supervising at the Wuhan frontline to fight against the epidemic and was an imperial minister sent from Beijing. Yet he was suddenly arrested without any signs. It was said that he leaked the secret of the source of the virus. He sent his wife and children the secret that the virus is very serious -- the original intention may have been to warn his wife and children not to be careless. Unexpectedly, it became a major political scandal for Xi Jinping when the information was caught by the Australian intelligence agencies. This prompted the West to recognize the authenticity of biological warfare and focus on the Wuhan Institute of Virology.

Sun’s swift arrest illustrates two things. The first is that communist spies have infiltrated the West very seriously. The first hand secret information obtained by Western intelligence agencies can be quickly transmitted to Beijing, which is much more capable than that of the KGB in its time. The CCP spies not only undermined the West, but also became a weapon for monitoring the CCP's own officials -- or a weapon for internal fighting. It is one of the ways that is called “exports turned into domestic sales”.

The second is to prove that the information Sun Lijun leaked is very accurate, and it is the evidence that prompted Westerners to believe this unbelievable fact. The CCP quickly arrested Sun, this imperial minister, based on its intelligence, showing that the information is correct. If the information is incorrect, or if there is no such thing, then there is no need to make such a big move. It is just like the thief panicking after his hands are being held down.

The catch was fast, but the trial has been slow. The dust settled after a year and a half because of different opinions. The suspicion needs to be avoided. However, it is hard to avoid suspicion after the arrests. The remedy is all kinds of false claims and accusations in the past year and a half, plus the sophistication of the shameless and mentally handicapped in the academic world. The effect is still good; after all, most of the average people don't understand science and technology, so they could be fooled.

On the third day after the announcement of Sun Lijun's case, it was announced that another former executive vice minister of the Ministry of Public Security, Fu Zhenghua, was arrested. This was a bit confusing for most of people, as these two vice ministers seem not associated with each other. According to the information obtained earlier, this Fu Zhenghua was very good at taking a quick action after a good observation, just watching the wind to move the rudder on the board. A few years ago, he betrayed Zhou Yongkang (the master who moved him to high position) and immediately became a confidant of President Xi Jinping. He also became the head leader to overthrow his own boss Zhou Yongkang and senior leader Bo Xilai. So how did he become implicated in Sun Lijun's case?

Likely this Fu Zhenghua is exquisite in his calculation. Thoughtfulness is a good attribute for investigating cases, so he was able to move from a low rank scout all the way to be the chief of public security in Beijing. But without a sufficicated background, it would be hard for one to climb up further unless he practices the thick black theory. If one accidentally offends someone, or groups with someone, one might fall into a coup conspiracy. It may be related to Sun Lijun, but it may also be exposed by Sun Lijun under torture. According to investigations, Fu was removed from his executive vice minister position only a few days after Sun Lijun was arrested.

After all, Sun Lijun cleverly exposed the CCP’s crimes and can be forgiven by people. Fu Zhenghua could not be forgiven by atoning for his crimes by his cracking down on pornographic and illegal activities and striking a few criminal cases. Based on the lessons from the two of them, it was said that a senior political and legal CCP official defected to the United States, and did not contact the two major US intelligence units that were infiltrated. At the same time, Xi Jinping took abnormal actions including replacing the leaders of the central security department with professional soldiers, which all show that people's consciences and small calculations hidden in their hearts may become the fuse to detonate the powder keg against the CCP regime.

Throughout the history of China and foreign countries, when a country has reached the stage of infighting, renunciation, and disintegration, it is the moment of major changes. How will the change become? There are various possibilities. Every spark has the possibility of being extinguished, yet there is also the possibility of detonating the powder keg. There is no certain rule. The only inevitable thing is to change the situation toward a system that people think is better.

The changes from the Han Dynasty to the Sui and Tang Dynasties, from the Song and Yuan Dynasties to the Ming and Qing Dynasties were all institutional changes. Now is the time again when the old system cannot continue, the new system is flourishing, meanwhile it has been in labor for more than a hundred years. This is the prospect of democratization in China.

病毒的秘密能永远保密吗？不可能。几天前中共把又一个公安部副部长撤职查办，送交司法了。紧接着把另一个曾经的公安部常务副部长，已经退入二线的政协常委也给抓了，说是开始调查。实际上这种调查就是进秦城的前奏，几乎没有例外。

去年就被抓的孙力军副部长，被抓得很蹊跷。他正在武汉抗疫前线督导，是钦差大臣。无任何征兆突然被抓，据说是泄露了病毒来源的秘密。给自己的妻儿传递了病毒十分严重的秘密，本意可能是警告妻儿不要大意。没想到被澳大利亚情报单位获知，成为习近平的一大政治丑闻。这促使西方认识到生物战的真实性，并把目标集中在武汉病毒研究所。

他迅速被抓说明了两件事。第一就是共产党间谍渗透西方十分严重。西方情报单位获得的第一手机密信息，可以迅速传递到北京，这比当年的克格勃厉害多了。中共的间谍不仅破坏西方，而且成为监视中共内部官员的利器--或者说内斗的利器，是出口转内销的方式之一。

第二就是证明孙力军泄漏的消息非常准确，是促使西方人相信这个令人不敢相信的事实的证据。中共根据情报迅速抓捕孙力军这个钦差大臣，就说明消息是正确的。如果消息不正确，或者说没这么回事儿，也就不必要有这么大的动作，就像小偷被按住了手之后那样惊慌失措。

抓得快，却审得慢。审了一年半才尘埃落定，是因为意见分歧。此地无银三百两的嫌疑，不得不避嫌。可是抓都抓了，也很难避嫌，补救措施就是这一年半来的各种甩锅，再加上收买学术界的无耻之徒和弱智来诡辩。效果还是不错的，毕竟老百姓的大多数不懂科技，好糊弄。

公布孙力军案的第三天，又抓了个前公安部常务副部长傅政华。这让人有点丈二和尚摸不着头脑，一下子联系不到一块儿了。据早前传说这个傅政华很善于三级跳，看风使舵。几年前就出卖了恩主周永康，一举成为习总的亲信，是倒周倒薄大将。怎么就牵连到孙力军案子里呢？

估计这个傅政华属于八面玲珑，左右逢源之辈。心思缜密是查案子的好手，从一个小侦察员一路顺风升到了北京的公安局长。可是没背景，再往上爬就得靠厚黑学了。一不小心得罪了谁，或者参与了谁，就落入了某个政变阴谋中了。可能还与孙力军有关，但也可能是孙力军在酷刑之下揭发的。据查，是在孙力军被捕后几天就被撤掉了常务副部长。

孙力军毕竟巧妙地揭发了中共的罪恶，可以被人们原谅。傅政华靠扫黄打非，破几个刑事案件，无法赎罪被人们谅解。有他们两个的前车之鉴，据传说有个政法高官叛逃到了美国，而且不和被渗透的两大情治单位联络。同时习近平用职业军人替换了中央警卫部门领导等等反常动作，都说明在中共风雨飘摇之际，人们藏在心底的良心和小算计，都可能成为引爆火药桶的导火索。

纵观中外历史，一个国家到了内斗不止、离心离德、分崩离析的阶段，就是到了产生大变局的时刻。怎么变？各种可能性都有。每一个火星都有被扑灭的可能，也有引爆火药桶的可能，没有一定之规。唯一必然的事情，就是向着大家认为更好的制度变局。

两汉变局到隋唐，宋元变局到明清，都是制度上的变化。现在又到了旧制度无法继续，新制度蓬勃欲出，并且阵痛了一百多年的时刻了。这就是中国民主化的前景。
