Xi Jinping has been consistently making small moves recently. He sends military planes circling Taiwan every day which have not attracted more attention. This is a bit like the story of the wolf coming, and people gradually becoming numb. Continuing to waste fuel is getting less and less cost-effective. It may not be a waste, as it moves the training over Mainland China to the Taiwan Strait. It's going to be a waste of fuel anyway, so just as well to add a little more real-world sense to it. It is slightly better than the kind of drill designed by a movie director who fakes it.

Now, the 20th National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) is getting closer and closer. According to media observations, the CCP Secretary-General Xi's re-election in violation of regulations is becoming more and more difficult. What to do then? This question was raised by Comrade Lenin, but stumped Comrade Xi Jinping. Secretary-General Xi's advisers are not all fools, and they may have already found a solution to solve his problem: either launch a coup d'etat to sweep away all the reactionaries against him, which is somewhat unjustified; or launch a war, which is justifiable. With the encouragement of the United States, the Taiwan independence faction continues to stir up, and even uses racist remarks to push the Mainland Chinese into President Xi's military camp. This kind of rhythm of courting death is exactly what the CCP Secretary-General Xi needs, so he may have secretly laughed.

As everyone is numb to the waste of fuel, Xi served some fresh food and declared that the Taiwan Strait is not international waters, so once a fight begins it can justifiably prevent foreign ship reinforcements. Using a few short-range anti-ship missiles on the spots like Ukraine's kind, foreign warships may have to be afraid. U.S. naval experts have long argued that they should not approach the area covered by the CCP missiles during wartime, otherwise even aircraft carriers will be in danger.

Is the claim of international waters legitimate? According to the principles of the common law system, the case that everyone recognizes is legal. In the Falkland Islands war between the United Kingdom and Argentina, the 200-nautical-mile jurisdictional waters of the United Kingdom have been established and accepted by the international community. This is international law, and there is no need for an international tribunal to decide. It can be seen that the CCP’s blind staff and rotten officers are not doing nothing. There are a few of them who know better than the big media reporters.

At the same time, Secretary-General Xi’s rubber stamp has passed so called “military operations other than war”. This sounds a bit convoluted, but its meaning is quite clear. That is to say, if it is not in international waters and does not fight with foreign countries, it is not a war, but some kind of “special operation” similar to Putin’s. Taiwan seems to be quite qualified. Everyone recognizes that it is Chinese territory, and one China. In addition, the Taiwan Strait is not an international water area, so it can barely be regarded as an inland sea. Then a civil war is not a war, and special operations can be carried out legally, and outsiders are not allowed to interfere. This is even more legitimate than Putin’s invasion.

Recently, Xi Jinping and Putin talked on the phone and said they will support and help each other, including military cooperation. This is yet another signal. It shows that the CCP's preparations have been carried out in an orderly manner, at least they think so. It can gradually become clear, and it is trying to attract allies. What helps Russia? Isn't it just to let Russia to hold off the United States and Europe, and fight for a long time to reduce the risks of military unification with Taiwan? The pro-China politicians in the United States have been shouting for a long time that in any case the USA should not fight on both sides.

The situation increasingly shows that Taiwan is in danger. Sun Tzu's Art of War said: military matters are the major events of a country, the place of life and death, the way of survival and elimination, so one must always keep them in mind. How has the Taiwan government conceived it? By speeding up the purchase of weapons, no longer saying that the Legislative Yuan failed to pass the budget, and so on. Anything else? There is no more.

Some people in Taiwan no longer believe that the government has the ability to protect their safety, and have begun to practice various military techniques at the shooting range. They are preparing for the Communist army to attack Taiwan, and to carry out self-defense guerrilla warfare after the officials ran away. This kind of study of people's war theory by Mao Zedong has some chance of success. At least we can wait until the United States, Japan and other countries have discussed it slowly, and then sent reinforcements to the people of Taiwan. Then, although it will inevitably be shattered into pieces like Ukraine at least the country will not be destroyed, which is much better than being governed by the Chinese Communist Party.

I hope that more Taiwanese people will shift their effort to scold the Chinese people online into practicing their street fighting skills. Let the Communist army be submerged in the vast ocean of millions of people's wars. This is an effective deterrent for the Communist army to dare not invade Taiwan. Nevertheless, to waste time talking about the computer chips as shields is too much a kindergarten style. Do you think of the Communist army as a child, or your elite talk show hosts are children?

习近平的小动作，还是大阴谋？

习近平最近小动作不断。军机绕台已经不太受关注了，每天绕来绕去的，有点儿像狼来了的故事，人们渐渐的就麻木了。继续浪费汽油的性价比越来越低。可能也不算浪费，就是把在内地上空的训练挪到了台湾海峡。反正也要浪费汽油，那就增加点儿真实现场感觉吧。比那种导演设计好造假的演习，效果略微好那么一点儿。

最近离中共的二十次代表大会越来越近了。又据媒体观察，小习书记的违规连任越来越悬了。怎么办？这是个列宁同志提出的问题，难倒了小习同志。习书记的谋士们不都是傻瓜，很可能已经给他找到了解决难题的办法：或者发动政变扫除一切反动派，这个有些名不正言不顺；或者发动一场战争，这个名正言顺。台独派在美国的鼓励下不断拱火，甚至以种族歧视的言论，把大陆人民推到了习总的武统阵营里，这种找死的节奏正是咱们习书记所需要的，他就偷着乐吧。

大家对浪费汽油已经麻木了。那就上点儿新鲜菜，宣布台湾海峡不是国际水域，一旦打起来就可以名正言顺地阻止外国舰船增援。用几颗乌克兰那种近程反舰导弹就地正法，外国军舰可能不得不忌惮。美国海军专家早就有这种议论，战时不能靠近共军导弹覆盖区，否则航母也危险。

国际水域的说法是否合法呢？按照英美法系的原则，大家都承认的案例就是合法。英国和阿根廷的福克兰群岛战争，英国的二百海里管辖水域已经立下了惯例，并被国际社会所接受。这就是国际法，不需要什么国际法庭来判决。可见共产党的瞎参谋烂干事们，不都是吃干饭的。也有几个比媒体大记者们懂行的。

同时习总的橡皮图章通过了什么，非战争行动的法律。这听着有些绕口，意思还是挺明白的。就是说不在国际水域，也不和外国打仗，就不算战争，而是类似普京的那种什么特别行动。台湾好像挺符合条件的，大家都承认是中国领土，一个中国，再加上海峡不是国际水域，勉强可以算内海。那么内战就不算战争，可以合法特别行动，外人不得干涉。比普京还要名正言顺。

最近习近平和普京通电话，说互相支持互相帮助，还包括军事合作关系。这又是一个信号。说明中共的准备工作已经有条不紊的进行得很充分，至少他们自己这么认为。可以逐渐明朗化，正在拉拢盟友。帮助俄罗斯什么？不就是让它拖住美国和欧洲，长期打下去减轻武统台湾的风险吗。美国的亲中派政客们不是喊了很久，无论如何也不能两面作战。

形势越来越说明台湾危险了。孙子兵法说：兵者，国之大事也，死生之地，存亡之道，不可不察。台湾政府怎么察的呢？加快了购买武器的步伐，不再说什么立法院没通过预算，等等。还有呢？没有还有了。

台湾的一部分老百姓，已经不相信这个政府有能力保卫自己的安全，开始到靶场练习各种军事技术。准备共军打过来，当官的跑路后实行自卫游击战。这种学习毛泽东的人民战争理论，倒还有几分胜算。至少可以等到美日等国慢慢讨论好，再增援台湾人民。到那时虽然难免像乌克兰一样被打个稀巴烂，但至少不会亡国。比受共产党统治好得多。

我希望更多台湾人民，把网上骂中国人的劲头用到练习巷战技术上。让共军淹没在千百万人民战争的汪洋大海之中。这倒是让共军不敢犯台的有效威慑。什么芯片盾牌之类的废话，也太幼儿园了吧。你以为共军是小孩子，还是你们的精英名嘴是小孩子？
