March 10 is the day of the "Uprising" when the Tibetan people resisted the rule of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) in 1959. Therefore it is called: Tibetan People's Uprising Day, or Tibetan Uprising Day. This is a memory that cannot be forgotten and will last forever.

We insist on holding commemorative activities every year to strengthen exchanges between Chinese and Tibetan people, because the conflicts between the Han Chinese and Tibetans stem from the autocratic rule of the Chinese Communist Party. As His Holiness the Dalai Lama has pointed out: These problems are man-made. Man-made troubles abound in the world, and the Sino-Tibetan issue is a typical result of man-made factors. Man-made problems require people to work together to communicate and resolve them. Adhering to the "Middle Way Approach" advocated by His Holiness the Dalai Lama is the basis for resolving Sino-Tibetan conflicts. It is the way out and the direction for resolving Sino-Tibetan issues, and promotes and pushes non-governmental exchanges and understanding between Sino-Tibetan people.

We insist on holding commemorative activities every year for the purpose of unite friends of all ethnic groups to jointly promote the cause of constitutional democracy in China. Wei Jingsheng pointed out: "Ending the tyranny and dictatorship of the Chinese Communist Party is the common urgent desire of all walks of life and all ethnic groups in China." Only a liberal and democratic system can end tyranny, realize a modern civilization of liberty and democracy, achieve national peace and security, long-term peace and stability, thus be able to lay the foundation for world peace and development, cooperation and shared prosperity between different ethnic groups and build stability for international politics.

We insist on holding commemorative activities every year to remind the Han Chinese that the Tibetans are connected with history and wisdom. When dealing with ethnic contradictions and conflicts, Han Chinese and Tibetan people should handle them together, maintain friendship with each other, understand each other, support each other, and strive for win-win results that are mutually beneficial.

We insist on holding commemorative events every year to enhance contact and exchanges between the two sides, understand the truth, and assume the responsibility of seeking resolution. We believe in the kindness and love of His Holiness the Dalai Lama, and that those who sow love are great and holy. He sows the seeds of love in countries all over the world. He is an outstanding religious leader of our time. The Chinese people have the right to know the truth. After learning and holding the truth, the people do not lack the wisdom to make choices between good and evil.

Over the years, the "Support the Middle Way Approach and Adhere to Sino-Tibetan Dialogue" has been held every year by Tibetan and Han non-governmental organizations globally, with Chinese and Tibetan people around the world jointly commemorating the March 10th anti-violence movement conference. We welcome friends from all over the world to participate.

支持「中間道路」漢藏和睦友好 ——2024年全球藏漢民間紀念「3•10」西藏抗暴運動大會

3月10日，是1959年西藏人民擺脫中共統治的「抗暴起義」日，故曰：西藏人民起義日，或西藏抗暴紀念日（英文：Tibetan Uprising Day），這是一個不容忘卻、永遠的記憶。

堅持每年舉行紀念活動，加強漢藏之間的交流。因為漢藏之間存在矛盾，源於中共的專制統治。正如達賴喇嘛尊者指出的那樣：這些問題是人為造成的。世界上人為制造的麻煩比比皆是，漢藏問題是典型的人為因素所致。人為制造的難題，需要人們共同去溝通、化解。堅持達賴喇嘛尊者倡導的「中間道路」，是化解漢藏矛盾的基礎，是解決漢藏問題的出路和方向，是為了推動和促進漢藏的民間交流和諒解。

堅持每年舉行紀念活動，為的是聯合各民族朋友共同推動中國憲政民主事業。魏京生指出：「結束中共暴政與獨裁統治，是中國各界、及各民族的共同迫切願望。」只有自由民主制度才能結束暴政，實現自由民主的現代文明，才能實現國泰民安、長治久安，為世界和平發展、為民族合作共榮發展、建設國際政治穩定奠定基礎。

堅持每年舉行紀念活動，提醒漢人，西藏民族是一個具有歷史和智慧的民族。處理民族矛盾和沖突，漢藏民族應該共同來擔待，要彼此保持友情，互相理解，互相支持，爭取雙贏互利的結果。

堅持每年舉行紀念活動，增進雙方接觸與交流，了解真相，承擔起尋求化解的責任。相信尊者達賴喇嘛的仁慈和愛心，及播種愛的人是偉大的，神聖的，他在世界各國播灑愛的種子，他是當代傑出的宗教領袖。中國人民有了解真相的權利，了解和掌握真相後，人民並不缺乏依此做出善惡取捨的智慧。

這些年以來，由藏漢兩族民間人士，每年舉辦全球網絡「支持中間道路，堅持漢藏對話」，全球漢藏民間共同紀念「3•10」抗暴運動大會，我們歡迎各國各地的朋友參與。
